What is my commitment for hosting a Billy Board?
We ask host locations to keep a Billy Board in place for a minimum of 2 years. We handle all the maintenance and costs associated with the unit so there is no further responsibility on your part other than making sure it is plugged in.
What if I sell the business?
Things happen and we ask that you include your agreement in the sale to the new owner. If for some reason this isn’t possible, we ask for 60 days notice so we can find another host for your Billy Board. (We’re easy to work with!)
Who designs our ads?
If you have creative people on your team we are happy to supply specifications for ad submission. We handle the scheduling and programming to your screen. However, we have a professional media team that can provide creative design and video services to make sure your ads get attention and bring you results.
Can I change my ads during the year?
Our system allows us to swap out your ads to reflect seasonal or periodic changes you may require. We can even schedule your ads to run at different times of the day throughout the week.
Can I run an ad on other Billy Boards?
Absolutely! We encourage hosts to cross promote and show their support for your local business community. We offer a special discount to our Billy Board hosts to advertise on other screens in your community
